Role Overview

Computronics Lab is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive operational excellence, scale the business globally, and optimize internal processes. The COO will be responsible for leading multiple departments, ensuring business efficiency, and accelerating innovation across our product and service lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a roadmap for Computronics Lab 2030 vision.

  • Identify and implement strategies to increase revenue & profitability.

✅ Operations & Business Efficiency

  • Oversee all company operations, ensuring seamless execution across departments.

  • Implement data-driven decision-making to optimize workflows.

  • Streamline supply chain, procurement, and logistics for better efficiency.

✅ Technology & Innovation Leadership

  • Drive R&D efforts in AI, IoT, robotics, and embedded systems.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technological advancement.

  • Ensure sustainable and scalable product development strategies.

✅ Team & Talent Management

  • Build and lead high-performance teams in engineering, sales, and operations.

  • Implement training programs for employee growth and skill development.

  • Align organizational structure with business goals and long-term vision.

✅ Financial Oversight & Revenue Growth

  • Work with the CFO to optimize budgeting, pricing, and financial planning.

  • Identify new revenue streams, subscription models, and premium services.

  • Manage investments in automation, AI, and emerging tech.

✅ Customer & Market Strategy

  • Enhance customer experience with AI-driven personalized engagement.

  • Expand into new markets with cost-effective and innovative solutions.
