Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Agent with 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electronics, robotics, or training industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting potential customers, and closing sales by promoting our training programs, electronics products, and robotics solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and reach out to schools, colleges, hobbyists, and corporate clients for training programs and products.
  • Develop strong relationships with electronics stores, educational institutions, and industrial buyers.
  • Conduct cold calling, field visits, and door-to-door marketing to acquire new customers.

✅ Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Demonstrate products, services, and training programs to potential clients.
  • Close deals by negotiating pricing and contract terms.

✅ Customer Engagement & Support:

  • Provide post-sales support and maintain customer relationships.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of robotics, IoT, AI, and embedded systems training.
  • Address customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels.

✅ Market Research & Reporting:

  • Collect and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide daily/weekly reports on field activities and lead conversions.
  • Suggest strategies for improving sales performance.

Requirements & Skills:

🎯 Must-Have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or direct marketing.
  • Strong understanding of electronics, robotics, IoT, or software training industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel frequently within the assigned region.

🎯 Preferred (Good to Have):

  • Experience selling to schools, colleges, makers, and corporate clients.
  • Familiarity with electronics kits, robotics components, or coding platforms like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software.
