Role Overview
Computronics Lab is looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Professional to drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational growth. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building a high-performance workforce, developing HR policies, and ensuring a strong company culture aligned with our 2030 vision.
Key Responsibilities
โ Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract top talent in technology and innovation.
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, interviews, onboarding, and training.
Collaborate with leadership to define workforce needs & talent pipeline.
โ Employee Engagement & Retention
Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with company values.
Implement employee engagement initiatives, feedback mechanisms, and career development programs.
Address grievances and ensure conflict resolution for a healthy work environment.
โ HR Policies & Compliance
Develop and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Implement performance management frameworks, including KPIs and evaluation metrics.
Ensure proper documentation, contracts, and employee benefits administration.
โ Training & Development
Design and implement training programs for employee growth and upskilling.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure employees stay updated with industry trends.
Establish leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
โ HR Analytics & Performance Metrics
Utilize HR analytics to track employee productivity, satisfaction, and turnover rates.
Provide data-driven insights for workforce planning and decision-making.
Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys & feedback sessions.
