Role Overview

Computronics Lab is looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Professional to drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational growth. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building a high-performance workforce, developing HR policies, and ensuring a strong company culture aligned with our 2030 vision.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract top talent in technology and innovation.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, interviews, onboarding, and training.

  • Collaborate with leadership to define workforce needs & talent pipeline.

✅ Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with company values.

  • Implement employee engagement initiatives, feedback mechanisms, and career development programs.

  • Address grievances and ensure conflict resolution for a healthy work environment.

✅ HR Policies & Compliance

  • Develop and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.

  • Implement performance management frameworks, including KPIs and evaluation metrics.

  • Ensure proper documentation, contracts, and employee benefits administration.

✅ Training & Development

  • Design and implement training programs for employee growth and upskilling.

  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure employees stay updated with industry trends.

  • Establish leadership development and succession planning initiatives.

✅ HR Analytics & Performance Metrics

  • Utilize HR analytics to track employee productivity, satisfaction, and turnover rates.

  • Provide data-driven insights for workforce planning and decision-making.

  • Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys & feedback sessions.

✅ Diversity & Inclusion

  • Promote an inclusive workplace with diversity-focused hiring practices.

  • Develop equal opportunity policies and ensure fair treatment for all employees.

Key Skills Required

✅ Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
✅ Proven experience in talent acquisition & recruitment
✅ Ability to manage employee relations, training, and career development
✅ Expertise in HR software, performance management & payroll systems
✅ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
✅ Data-driven approach with experience in HR analytics & reporting

Preferred Qualifications

🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
📌 HR certification (SHRM, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus
📌 Experience in tech-driven or fast-scaling companies
