Sales Engineer – Industrial Electronics / Automation Projects

About the Role

Computronics Lab is a fast-growing Industrial Electronics & Automation company. We are looking for a Sales Engineer who has prior experience in selling industrial electronics, automation, or robotics solutions. The right candidate will handle the complete sales cycle — from client visits to proposal submission and deal closure.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, follow up, and close B2B leads in industrial automation/electronics domain.
  • Understand client requirements and work with the technical team for proposals.
  • Prepare and submit sales documents, proposals, and reports.
  • Conduct plant visits, presentations, and product demos.
  • Maintain CRM and ensure all leads are updated regularly.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

  • Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales of industrial electronics, automation, robotics, or control systems.
  • Comfortable with 10 AM – 7 PM office timing.
  • Proficient in laptop work (MS Office, proposals, reporting).
  • Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • Must be willing to travel for client visits.
