🛠️ Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented PCB Designing Expert to join our R&D team. You will be responsible for designing reliable, compact, and production-ready PCB layouts for our industrial and prototype products. You should have hands-on experience with modern design tools and an excellent understanding of electrical schematics, signal integrity, and manufacturability.

✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Design single-layer, double-layer, and multi-layer PCBs from concept to production
  • Create and interpret schematics, netlists, and Bill of Materials (BOM)
  • Work with electrical engineers to finalize circuit design
  • Ensure DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFT (Design for Testability) practices
  • Simulate circuits for signal integrity and thermal management
  • Collaborate with mechanical designers for enclosure compatibility
  • Handle Gerber file generation, fabrication drawings, and documentation
  • Interact with PCB manufacturers and assembly vendors for prototyping and production

🧠 Required Skills and Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in PCB Design
  • Proficiency in Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCAD, or similar tools
  • Strong knowledge of electronics components, footprints, and circuit design
  • Understanding of analog and digital design, power supplies, microcontrollers, and sensor interfaces
  • Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC-2221, IPC-A-600, etc.)
  • Experience in high-speed design, EMI/EMC compliance, and multi-board systems is a plus

🎓 Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related field
  • Diploma holders with strong experience are also encouraged

🌟 Nice to Have

  • Experience in industrial automation or IoT hardware
  • Knowledge of embedded systems and firmware basics
  • Hands-on experience with assembly and soldering (THT/SMD)
