Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Refunds are available for products purchased directly from Computronics lab’s online store only.
  • Timeframe: Customers must request a refund within 10 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Proof of Purchase: Customers must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, when requesting a refund.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
