About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with 1+ years of experience to manage and execute digital marketing activities for our technology-driven business.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Social Media Management, Content Marketing and Digital Marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of online audience engagement and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across relevant online platforms.
• Create, manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics and optimize campaigns for better reach, engagement and lead generation.
• Manage and grow company social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
• Coordinate with the design/content team for social media creatives, posts, reels and other marketing content.
• Create engaging social media captions and marketing content.
• Conduct basic market, competitor and audience research.
• Track website and social media performance using relevant analytics tools.
• Support SEO, Google Ads, email marketing and other digital marketing activities as required.
• Generate regular reports on campaign performance and digital marketing activities.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, social media algorithms and advertising practices.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
• Good practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Facebook/Instagram advertising.
• Experience in Social Media Management and Handling.
• Understanding of lead generation and paid advertising campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads and Google Analytics will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Certification in Digital Marketing, Meta Ads or Google Ads will be an added advantage.
