Job Description:
We are looking for a hands-on Mechanical Engineer who can design, develop, and build prototypes, and take full ownership of projects from concept to completion. The candidate should be capable of working independently, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop mechanical components, enclosures, and assemblies
- Build and test prototypes for product development
- Work on CAD tools (SolidWorks / AutoCAD)
- Handle complete project execution individually
- Ensure on-time project completion
- Coordinate with electronics and production teams
- Perform assembly, testing, and troubleshooting
- Improve designs for manufacturability and performance
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical Engineering
- Fresher or 1–2 years experience
- Knowledge of fabrication, materials, and basic manufacturing
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Good problem-solving and time management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in prototype development
- Knowledge of sheet metal, CNC, or 3D printing
- Basic understanding of electronics enclosure design
