Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the execution of technical projects in AI, IoT, and automation. The ideal candidate will manage resources, streamline workflows, and accelerate project delivery to enhance business growth.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Project Execution & Optimization

  • Oversee and manage multiple technology projects from booking to delivery.

  • Identify project delays and implement strategies to speed up execution.

  • Automate workflows where possible to reduce manual effort.

✅ Team & Resource Management

  • Assign tasks efficiently across the team to balance workload.

  • Recruit, train, and mentor new team members as needed.

  • Monitor team productivity and implement process improvements.

✅ Revenue & Sales Growth

  • Analyze project data to optimize pricing strategies.

  • Introduce premium pricing models for urgent/customized projects.

  • Work with marketing to improve conversions and client retention.

✅ Customer Satisfaction & Quality Control

  • Ensure high-quality project deliveries to maintain customer trust.

  • Implement feedback loops to improve services based on client input.

  • Resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth experience.

✅ Business Scalability & Automation

  • Identify automation tools to improve efficiency.

  • Develop scalable processes to handle a growing number of projects.

  • Work closely with leadership to plan expansion and revenue growth.
