Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with strong technical and business acumen in electronics and software development. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proven ability to understand client requirements, prepare cost estimations and proposals, negotiate effectively, and close deals successfully. The role demands a tech-savvy individual who can leverage AI and online tools to drive productivity and achieve sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in electronics product prototyping, PCB designing, and software development.
  • Conduct initial discussions with clients to understand technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimations, commercial proposals, and project plans.
  • Lead negotiations with clients and convert opportunities into successful sales closures.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools, CRM, and online platforms for lead generation, pipeline management, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales/business development in electronics prototyping, PCB design, or related software/electronics domain.
  • Strong understanding of electronics, embedded systems, IoT, and software solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to draft cost-effective proposals and value-based sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools, CRM systems, and online business platforms.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
