Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in Industrial IoT, Automation, and Industrial Product Sales. The candidate will be responsible for business development, customer acquisition, key account management, and revenue growth. The role also involves working with customers to understand their requirements and providing feedback to the product development team for product improvements and new features.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and sales targets.

    • Generate new business opportunities in manufacturing, automation, energy, utilities, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.

    • Build strong relationships with industrial customers, OEMs, system integrators, distributors, and channel partners.

    • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer meetings.

    • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Industrial IoT and automation solutions.

    • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.

    • Coordinate with engineering and product teams to address customer needs.

    • Provide market feedback and recommend product enhancements based on customer requirements.

    • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

    • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, proposals, and business development plans.

    • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to generate business opportunities.

    • Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

    • 8–10 years of experience in Industrial IoT, Industrial Automation, Electronics, Embedded Systems, or Industrial Product Sales.

    • Proven experience in B2B sales and business development.

    • Strong network within manufacturing industries, OEMs, EPC companies, and industrial clients.

    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

    • Ability to understand technical products and convert customer requirements into business opportunities.

    • Experience in handling key accounts and strategic customer relationships.

Preferred:

  • Hands-on exposure to Industrial IoT platforms, sensors, gateways, remote monitoring systems, data acquisition systems, and automation products.

    • Strong understanding of industrial processes and technology-based solutions used across manufacturing and automation sectors.

    • Ability to gather customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements, feature improvements, and solution development.

    • Working knowledge of CRM software, sales tracking tools, and business reporting systems.
