Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Refunds are available for products purchased directly from Computronics lab’s store only.
  • Timeframe: Customers must request a refund within 3 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Condition of Product: To qualify for a refund, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. If the Product is taken out of the seal pack or damaged or soldered or used, then it will not be refunded.
  • Proof of Purchase: Customers must provide proof of purchase with order number, such as an order confirmation, bill received (on the email) or copy of the invoice receipt, when requesting a refund.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 5% may be applied to returns that are not due to defects or errors on our part.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product received is damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 24 Hours of receiving the product to arrange for a return and refund or replacement.
  • Refusal of Refunds: Computronics lab reserves the right to refuse refunds for products that do not meet the above criteria or if the request is deemed fraudulent or abusive.
